Temperature Controlled Environmental Chamber

There is an 80,000 BTU heater to keep this compartment warm in the winter. This chamber houses all of the water components. The 650 gallon duraprolene water tank, 10 micro stainless steel screen, water pump (variable 0-10 GPM), 400,000 BTU boiler, 12 volt exhauter for summer use and a hose reel with 50' of 3/8" high pressure hose with a shut off valve. This unit is designed for both hot and cold temperature extremes. We have units operating in environments from 100 above zero to 40 below zero and everything in between.

 

All water and associated components are enclosed in an insulated and heated shroud so freezing valves are a thing of the past. The shroud also features a fan driven ventilation system to prevent over-heating in hot weather. All truck mounted vacuum excavators feature two aluminum roll up doors for easy access to the enclosure.
